We offer a wide range of home cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services for Airbnb's, short, mid, and long term rentals.
The cost of our services depends on the type of cleaning service you require, the size of your home, and the frequency of cleaning. We do offer additional services, like laundry, and linen service for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information and a free quote!
Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. We take great pride in providing thorough cleaning services, but we also know the importance of taking care of our cleaners, and your home in the instance anything were to occur.
No, you do not have to be present during the cleaning service. Most of the homes we service is between the times 8am-4:30pm. The majority of individuals are absent during this time, and arrive to a clean, sparkling home.
The only thing we ask of you is to pick up excessive trash, clothing, or items off the floors before our cleaners arrive to your home, otherwise, we can handle the rest!
For every new home we service, we lead with a deep clean, which is why the cost is higher the first time around. We provide a deep clean so we can ensure that we don't miss any surfaces, crevices, corners, baseboards, ceilings, and walls.
We want your home to sparkle like its fresh off the market! After the deep cleaning service is provided, we then lower to cost of the standard cleaning which is dependent upon the frequency of the cleaning service you want.
Ex, the cost of standard cleans depends heavily on whether it is bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
You do not need to provide supplies, however, having a vacuum and mop/bucket would benefit your cleaner by saving her the time it takes to carry in her own equipment.
Again, it is not a mandatory requirement, but we do ask you to inform us of these supplies if they are within the home. We greatly appreciate any help that can speed up the time it takes to clean your home.
We are both pet-friendly, and provide services for individuals that specifically request for the use of non-toxic/organic products during their service.
Please make sure you mention this to the customer service rep you contact via phone, or email so we can take care of you properly.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer carpet cleaning, shampoo-ing, upholstery/couch cleaning, or stain removal at this current time. We do vacuum all debris, dust, dirt, on the floors, and mop to ensure maximum cleanliness.
Although, we offer a wide range of cleaning services, we do not currently provide services such as resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large, heavy furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash.
We do not currently provide services that involve fecal matter/waste, biohazard/crime, rodents or pest waste. We do not provide cleaning services for exterior windows, garages, attics, basements, or for fireplaces.
PLEASE NOTE: Changing lightbulbs, trash cans placed on curbside, and home filters, is a service that is ONLY provided to Airbnb's/Short term rentals. We do not provide these services for residential homes at this current time.
There is no fee to reschedule, or cancel your appointment if we are given proper notice 72 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment date.
If you choose to cancel, or re-schedule within the 72 hour period, you will be charged a $60 fee.
If you cancel the same day as the appointment, you will be charged 60% of the quote provided to you.
If you cancel while the cleaner is present in your home, or we are locked out with no response from the homeowner, you will be charged the full quoted amount.
When you book with us online, through the phone, or email, you will be asked to provide your card number to hold your reservation. We will charge you 60% of the cost the day of the cleaning, and 40% after we have rendered the desired services to you.

However, in the rare instance you are truly unsatisfied with the clean, you must inform us of these concerns within 48 hours.
After 48 hours, we will not offer any amount of refund, or send a cleaner back to the property.
There is truly no set time for a cleaning service, as it is dependent upon the current condition of your home, the size, bedroom, and bath count.
Deep cleaning services for properties over 2,400 may be split between two full, consecutive days as to ensure we do not overwork our cleaners, and give them adequate time to rest. Larger homes can be extremely labor-intensive, and time consuming, and we want to ensure we are at our best everyday to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Our service window for residential properties ends at 5:30pm at the latest, and larger properties 2,400 and over, will continue being serviced the next day until full completion or 5:30 pm, whichever comes first.
